the prettiest of cured pork, topped with wild rocket and a white balsamic dressing, parmesan and olive oil

grilled italian flat bread with garlic butter, topped with… prosciutto on a bed of camembert di bufala with pistachio-shiso pesto and pine nuts or camembert di bufala & confit tomatoes with pistachio-shiso pesto, pine nuts, olives and capers
tossed in a rich, velvety cream sauce with sautéed mushrooms, garlic, parmesan and fresh basil
fragrant basil pesto with sweet slow-roasted confit cherry tomatoes, finished with parmesan and fresh basil
with a lemon and dill dressing and burrata, finished with crispy chilli oil and lemon zest
in a white balsamic dressing, topped with walnuts and lemon zest
